1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between phpear Casino ("phpear", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("User", "you", "your") who accesses or uses the phpear online casino platform available at phpear.cam and any associated sub-domains or mobile-optimised versions thereof.

By completing the phpear account registration process, accessing the phpear login page, depositing funds, placing any wager, claiming any bonus, or otherwise interacting with the phpear platform in any meaningful way, you are deemed to have unconditionally accepted these Terms in their entirety.

1.1 Capacity to Contract

If you are accessing phpear on behalf of a company or legal entity, you further warrant that you are duly authorised to bind that entity to these Terms.

2 Eligibility & Age Requirement

To register and maintain an active phpear account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age, as required by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) under its licensing regulations.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate registrations are not permitted unless expressly authorised in writing by phpear management.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing phpear from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current or recent employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of phpear Casino or any of its affiliated or associated entities, unless explicitly exempted in writing.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether voluntary or mandated by PAGCOR or any other regulatory body.
• You must hold a valid, verifiable Philippine identification document for the purposes of Know Your Customer (KYC) verification.

2.1 Age Verification

phpear reserves the right to request valid government-issued identification documents at any point during the account lifecycle — at registration, prior to first withdrawal, or upon any reasonable suspicion that eligibility criteria may not be met. Acceptable identification documents include, but are not limited to: Philippine Passport, Driver's License issued by the Land Transportation Office (LTO), Philippine Identification System (PhilSys) ID, or SSS/GSIS identification card.

Any account found to be operated by a person under the age of 21 shall be immediately suspended. All funds held in such account, including any winnings, shall be forfeited and the matter may be referred to the appropriate authorities in compliance with PAGCOR's regulatory requirements.

3 Account Registration

Each eligible individual is permitted to register and maintain one (1) phpear account only. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and will result in the termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances therein.

3.1 Account Information Accuracy

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during the phpear registration process. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine residential address, active mobile number (preferably your GCash-registered number for payment purposes), and a valid email address.

You must promptly update your phpear account information whenever any of the provided details change. phpear shall not be liable for any losses, failed transactions, or account access issues resulting from outdated or inaccurate account information provided by you.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phpear login credentials, including your password and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. You agree to immediately notify phpear's customer support team if you become aware of, or suspect, any unauthorised access to your phpear account.

phpear will never request your password via email, SMS, or through any customer support channel. Any communication claiming to be from phpear and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.

3.3 KYC and Verification

phpear operates under PAGCOR's Know Your Customer (KYC) framework. Before processing any withdrawal request, phpear may require you to submit one or more of the following: a valid government-issued photo ID, proof of address (utility bill or bank statement not older than three months), and proof of the payment method used for deposit (e.g., screenshot of your GCash account showing your registered mobile number).

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

phpear Casino accepts deposits via a range of payment methods available to Filipino players, including GCash, Maya, GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, PesoNet, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. All transactions on the phpear platform are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱).

4.1 Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit amount on phpear is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on your chosen payment method and account verification status.
• Deposits are credited to your phpear account balance following confirmation from the relevant payment provider. phpear is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or network conditions.
• phpear does not accept deposits from third-party sources. All funds deposited must originate from a payment account registered in your own name.
• phpear reserves the right to decline any deposit that cannot be verified as originating from the account holder's own payment method.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

• Withdrawal requests are processed by phpear's finance team within the timeframes published on the phpear platform, subject to the completion of applicable KYC verification.
• Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible.
• phpear reserves the right to conduct additional security and fraud checks before processing any withdrawal request. This may result in processing delays of up to five (5) business days in exceptional circumstances.
• Any bonus funds subject to active wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn until those requirements have been fully satisfied.
• If phpear determines that a withdrawal request is connected to suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms, phpear reserves the right to withhold the payment pending investigation and to report the matter to PAGCOR and relevant Philippine authorities.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

phpear Casino offers various promotional offers, welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback arrangements, and loyalty reward programs. All phpear bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms attached to individual promotions at the time of their publication.

• Bonus offers are available to eligible phpear account holders as specified in each promotion's terms. phpear reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Bonus credits and any winnings derived from bonus play are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Specific wagering multipliers are stated in each promotion's individual terms.
• phpear reserves the right to void any bonus and related winnings if phpear has reasonable grounds to believe that the bonus was claimed or used in an abusive manner, including through the use of multiple accounts, bonus arbitrage strategies, or collusion with other players.
• phpear may withdraw, amend, or cancel any active promotion at any time with reasonable notice to affected players. Promotions already claimed and subject to wagering requirements at the time of cancellation will generally be honoured, subject to phpear's reasonable discretion.

6 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phpear platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below may result in immediate account suspension or permanent termination, forfeiture of account balances, and referral to PAGCOR and Philippine law enforcement authorities where appropriate:

• Registering more than one phpear account, or assisting any other person in doing so
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification
• Attempting to access another player's phpear account without authorisation
• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any other technological means to gain an unfair advantage on the phpear platform
• Engaging in any form of collusion, chip dumping, or match-fixing in connection with phpear games or sports betting markets
• Using the phpear platform in connection with any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other criminal activity as defined under Philippine law
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors in the phpear platform for financial gain — any winnings derived from exploiting a known error are not payable and will be voided
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct toward phpear staff or other players via any phpear communication channel
• Circumventing or attempting to circumvent phpear's responsible gaming tools, including self-exclusion or deposit limit features

7 Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in and to the phpear platform — including but not limited to the phpear brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, software, text content, graphics, and promotional materials — are owned by or licensed to phpear Casino and are protected under Philippine and international intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the phpear platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any phpear intellectual property without prior written consent from phpear.

Game content available on the phpear platform may be owned by third-party game providers and is subject to those providers' respective intellectual property rights. phpear makes no representations regarding intellectual property ownership of third-party game content beyond its licensed right to offer such games to phpear players.

8 Responsible Gaming

phpear Casino is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all Filipino players. phpear acknowledges that gambling, while an enjoyable leisure activity for many, can become problematic for some individuals. phpear's responsible gaming framework is designed to provide players with the tools and information needed to make informed decisions about their gaming behaviour.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under Philippine law, phpear Casino shall not be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the phpear platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.

phpear's total aggregate liability to any phpear account holder for any cause whatsoever shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that account holder to their phpear account during the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.

9.1 Platform Availability

phpear does not warrant that the platform will be available continuously or without interruption. Planned maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond phpear's reasonable control may cause temporary unavailability of the phpear platform or specific features thereof. phpear shall not be liable for any losses incurred by players as a result of such unavailability, provided that phpear takes reasonable steps to restore service promptly.

9.2 Force Majeure

phpear shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay arises from circumstances beyond phpear's reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government or regulatory authorities (including PAGCOR), network or infrastructure failures, or labour disputes.

10 Amendments to These Terms

phpear reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Such amendments may be made to reflect changes in PAGCOR regulations, applicable Philippine law, phpear's operational practices, or the range of services offered on the phpear platform.

phpear will provide advance notice of material amendments to these Terms by posting an updated version on the phpear website with a revised effective date and, where reasonably practicable, by notifying registered phpear account holders via email or in-platform notification. Continued use of the phpear platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

phpear recommends that all registered players periodically review the Terms & Conditions page to ensure they remain familiar with the current version of the agreement. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the phpear platform and may close your account in accordance with the account closure procedures.

11 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with them or the use of the phpear platform, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

As a PAGCOR-licensed operator, phpear Casino is subject to the oversight and dispute resolution mechanisms of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation. Players who have exhausted phpear's internal customer support escalation process may refer unresolved disputes to PAGCOR in accordance with PAGCOR's published player complaint procedures.

Any legal proceedings arising from or related to these Terms that are not resolved through PAGCOR's regulatory mechanism shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Metro Manila, Philippines.
